Job Description & Requirement

• Assisting in developing and implementing plans and goals for each department.
• Working with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations & sales.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies & should maintain the secrecy of confidential matters in terms of legal & official matters, document & necessary terms. 

Job Roles:

• We are looking for a competent Executive Assistant to support the Sales Director in Sales Planning & Monitoring progress. You will also be working to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with rules and regulations. 
• Executive Assistant to Sales directors is well-versed in Performance, Sales & Operations management and competent in assuming delegated duties. She must be leader and critical thinker, ready to solve problems before they become obstacles. 
• The goal is to help the Sales Director & other department to attain objectives of productivity and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department.
• Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations & Sales.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor attainment of objectives.
• Undertake staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating etc.)
• Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses.
• Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed.
• Create & collect reports and submit them to the director or other executives.
• Fulfill all the duties as assigned by the director.
• Must be open to Travel as & when required.
• Will be responsible for individual sales generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Executive Assistant or other similar position.
• 1-2 years Experience in Inside Sales.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Outstanding communication, public speaking skills & well presentable.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
