EMPLOYMENT RATES IN INDIA

Employment rates in India

According to a survey conducted by the International Labour organization during the financial year of 2018-19 in India, the unemployment rate in the country stands still to a percentage of 3.5. The steady growth of the economy is now under question, as the level of unemployment has witnessed no change from the year gone by. The rate shows no activity since the year of 2017-16, instead of dropping to even 0.1% as it had.

Who is to be blamed? The government? The political party? The economic reforms of the nation? or just the common man? The question has remained unanswered for few decades, in spite launching several nation-wide schemes issued under public interest the government and the nation are still facing a big challenge to conquer the ever-growing problem of unemployment inside the country.

These unemployment statics in India are collected, compiled and disseminated once every five years under the light of the department of Ministry of labour and employment. These sample studies are conducted primarily nation-wide and also to study and conclude the major problem behind the unsuccessful growth rate. Yet no serious action is taken to bring about a change in the current scenario amongst the nation. The first step is to develop awareness and make the common man learn the importance of employment/education (especially to the young generation of below poverty line section of the society.

Let's pledge to be there for the nation. Instead of being ignorant about and getting rid of the situation.
